Sweet note

One of the greatest rewards for planning this reunion has been the contact it has brought with so many Jackson High friends, including some from other classes who have heard about the blog site. I have posted many emails classmates have sent over the last few months, because I wanted to put the spotlight on the heroes of this blog site and this reunion - YOU! Kathy Hymers sent a cute note with her registration saying "You do the work, I'll have the fun!" But that's not the case - I've had more fun than anyone. . . . . . and the best is yet to come.

Here's another one of those great communications, this one from Sandra Brewster Thompson:

Dear Shery, Once again I have checked the blog site for the reunion and enjoyed the pictures and update on so many of our classmates. I am just sick that I can't be there for the fun next weekend. I will make sure that my children and grandchildren won't be planning their trip to Texas during the 50th. I know that everyone will have such a good time and it will be in a "huge" way due to your hard work and diligence in getting this all together.
A BIG thank you from me, even though I can't be there, as I have enjoyed the blog site so very much. I will try to get to Houston to check on Marilyn and Bo during their stay there. Have a wonderful time next weekend. Does this mean no more site for me to check on?
