Afterthoughts

Didn't we have a grand time??!?! And no one enjoyed our 45th reunion more than I did. It was so much fun to see everything come together, to feel the Class of '62 camaraderie, and to rekindle memories with such a great bunch of people. After a good night's sleep and a steroid injection in my right knee this morning, I think I could do it again!

Special thanks again to Patty Little West, Vicky Paschall Thorman, Carol Warmbrod Avens, Billy Mac Graves, Nancy Dunn Thomas, and Eddie Gerson,
and to everyone else who stepped up and helped in any way. These things don't happen without teamwork, and many were there to do their part.

I had only one call of distress yesterday, and that was from Mike McCullar, who had gone to the country club to pick up the class composite, only to find it "missing". A few phone calls to the right people and it was located in the business office. That composite, which has led a life of its own,
is now safely in Mike's and Linda's care until the 50th.

And speaking of the 50th, it's not too soon to put it on your calendar. As I said in the "And now . . . the 50th" post, top right column, no excuses will be accepted. You owe it to yourself to be there!

Be sure to check Ed and Donna Gerson's website, gersonstudio.com, to see all the pictures and order the ones that capture the spirit of your reunion experience. You will also see Eddie's email address there,
gerson1@earthlink.net, and can order the class photo from him.

I plan to keep the blog site open, with occasional postings, so check back periodically.

Hugs to all,
Shery
